Used for filling vehicles from 3,000 psi or 3,600 psi filling stations.  Used for installing in tight locations where only the stait fill nozzle will fit.  Includes mounting bracket.

If you have no shut off valve between this and your cylinder, you should buy and install one for safety and NFPA compliance.
